Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Streakist mobile application ("the app"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Streakist on devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with these Terms.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app, except where permitted by law;
  • modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the app;
  • use the app for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm the app or other users.

3. Your content

The habits and notes you create are yours. They are stored on your device, and you are responsible for them, including keeping backups if your device or platform supports them. We do not have access to this data.

4. Advertising

The app is free and may display advertising, including optional rewarded ads you can choose to watch in exchange for in-app rewards. Ads are provided by third parties (such as Google AdMob) and are subject to their terms. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements.

5. In-app rewards

Streak freezes, XP, levels, trophies, and other in-app items have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money, and may be changed or reset as part of app updates. They are provided for entertainment and motivation only.

6. Availability and changes

We may update, change, or discontinue the app or any of its features at any time without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the app.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Streakist is a motivational tool and is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or other advice.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of the app.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
